Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. By submitting a $500 deposit, you acknowledge and accept this condition. Deposits secure your spot on our waitlist or your selection from a current litter and cannot be returned for any reason, including change of circumstance or change of mind.

Rehoming and Returns

If at any point you are unable to keep your dog, you must return the dog to Walls Family Doodles. Refunds in rehoming situations are determined on a case-by-case basis. At no time may your dog be surrendered to a shelter or rescue organization. This condition applies for the lifetime of the dog.

Health Guarantee and Replacements

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a debilitating genetic or congenital defect within two years of purchase, you must obtain a second opinion from a separate licensed veterinarian. Full records from both vets must be submitted to us for review. We reserve the right to speak directly with the diagnosing veterinarians before approving any claim.

Once a claim is confirmed, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement puppy from the next available litter

  • Reimbursement of veterinary expenses related to the condition, up to the original purchase price

You may keep or return the affected puppy. Transportation costs for any replacement or returned puppy are the buyer's responsibility.

Death from Congenital Defect

If your puppy dies from a suspected congenital defect within 24 months of purchase, an autopsy must be performed at your expense by a licensed DVM or veterinary teaching hospital approved by our veterinarian. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal or greater value. If the cause of death cannot be conclusively determined, this warranty is void.

Conditions That Void the Health Guarantee

The following void your health guarantee and any related claim:

  • Over-vaccination or administering multiple vaccines simultaneously (e.g., parvo/distemper, Lyme, Lepto, Bordetella, and rabies given together)

  • Use of digestible combination flea, tick, and heartworm medications such as Simparica Trio

  • Failure to spay or neuter by 12 months of age

What Is Not Covered

Our health guarantee does not cover:

  • Viral illnesses or infections

  • Hernias or hypoglycemia

  • Intestinal parasites, including giardia and coccidia

  • Injuries from accidents, ingestion of foreign objects, food, or chemicals

  • Conditions resulting from physical injury

Extended Stay

If your puppy remains with us past the scheduled pickup window of 8–9 weeks of age, a boarding fee of $75 per day applies for up to 10 days, subject to availability. This fee is not refundable.
