Agreement to Terms
By visiting WallsFamilyDoodles.com or contacting us about our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Who We Are
Walls Family Doodles LLC is a family-owned Australian Labradoodle breeder located in Anderson, Indiana. We are a hobby breeder registered with the Worldwide Australian Labradoodle Association (WALA). Our services include puppy sales, boarding, daycare, and puppy delivery.
Puppy Sales
Pricing and Deposits
Our current puppy price is $3,200 total. A $500 deposit is required to secure a spot on our waitlist or select a puppy from a litter. The remaining $2,700 is due at pickup.
All deposits are non-refundable. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Puppy Pick-Up
Puppies are ready for pickup at 8–9 weeks of age. If you cannot pick up your puppy by the designated date and we are able to accommodate an extended stay, a boarding fee of $75 per day will apply for up to 10 days.
Puppy Purchase Agreement
All puppy sales are governed by our Puppy Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee, which you will sign prior to or at the time of pickup. That contract includes the full terms of our health guarantee, rehoming policy, spay/neuter requirements, and vaccination guidelines. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the signed Puppy Purchase Agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Key terms of that agreement include:
Health Guarantee: Two-year genetic health guarantee for debilitating congenital defects, subject to the conditions in the contract
Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover common conditions, accidents, parasites, or injuries
Vaccination Policy: Over-vaccination or use of digestible combination medications (e.g., Simparica Trio) voids the health guarantee
Spay/Neuter Requirement: All pet-placement puppies must be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age
Rehoming: If you cannot keep your dog, you must return the dog to us. Surrender to a shelter or rescue is prohibited under our agreement
Size and Coat: We provide informed estimates but cannot guarantee adult size, coat type, color, or allergy outcomes
Payment Methods
We accept Venmo (@WallsFamilyDoodlesLLC), Zelle (317-608-9260), cash, and check. Checks may be mailed to 2824 N 200 E, Anderson, IN 46012.
Boarding and Daycare
Boarding and daycare services are available exclusively to families who have purchased a puppy from Walls Family Doodles. Current rates and availability are provided upon inquiry. We reserve the right to decline boarding or daycare requests based on scheduling, capacity, or the health status of your dog.
Puppy Delivery
Delivery services are available in select cases. Fees and logistics are discussed individually. By requesting delivery, you agree that we are not liable for minor stress or adjustment behaviors your puppy may experience during transport.
Affiliate Links and Third-Party Products

We do not control third-party products or websites and are not responsible for their quality, accuracy, or policies. Your purchase from a third party is solely between you and that company.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be handled in Madison County, Indiana.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
